Revisions and Changes

  • Revisions are included during the design phase as agreed in the proposal
  • Additional revisions beyond the project scope may incur fees

Timeline and Delivery

  • Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback from the client
  • Delays in client communication may extend delivery dates
  • TAUT is not liable for delays caused by third-party services or client-provided content

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, ownership of deliverables (designs, code, content) transfers to the client. TAUT retains the right to use completed work as portfolio examples and case studies, unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Limitation of Liability

TAUT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. TAUT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
